The Power of Collage
I find that in most of the art that I create, I use collage. I will be exploring and researching this more, because it seems like there is an existential and unconscious process that happens when we combine (at times unrelated) images and words together. Collage can also be a powerful tool for making statements! I have been exploring digital collage as well, on all kinds of platforms (adobe express, canva, procreate). Doing digital collage has the advantage of experimenting without concern for “doing the wrong thing,” which, oddly, can also be a disadvantage!
